Introduction to Mindful Parenting Oct. 24

Facilitated by Stacia Leech and Wendy Charters, UBC Certified smartEd Facilitators, this workshop will give participants the opportunity to learn about the benefits of a program designed to manage stress and enhance emotional awareness and wellbeing.
