Nation Membership Applications/Registration: Our Nation Membership program assists individuals in navigating the membership application process. We provide support and guidance to ensure that all community members can register and maintain their membership within the Nation, fostering a strong sense of belonging and identity.
Indian Status Applications/Registration and Status Card Renewals: We facilitate the application and renewal process for Indian Status Cards on behalf od Indigenous Service Canada, ensuring that community members have access to the necessary documentation for recognition and rights under the Indian Act. Our team is dedicated to helping members understand the requirements and providing assistance every step of the way.
Legal Support for Members (Wills, Power of Attorney, Estates): Our Legal Support program provides access to a lawyer to offer guidance on essential legal matters such as wills, powers of attorney, and estate planning. We help community members understand their rights and responsibilities, ensuring they have the resources needed to make informed decisions about their legal affairs.
Commissioner of Oaths: We provide Commissioner of Oaths services to members, enabling them to have important documents certified quickly and efficiently. This service is vital for those needing notarized documents for various legal and administrative purposes, ensuring accessibility and support for our community.
