Commemoration ceremony will take place from 11:00am-12:30pm at the Residential School Monument site. The ceremony will recognize, honour, and remember attendees of the Sechelt Residential School. Drumming and singing, speakers, moment of silence, and blanketing of the monument will take place
Walk for Reconciliation from 12:30-1:30pm located along memmiman street, sinku drive, and xenichen avenue. Event Attendees are invited to participate in a walk for reconciliation. A feast will follow for all attendees.
