5th Anniversary Commemoration of the Tk’emlúps te Secwépemc Announcement

Learn a little more about our sacred fire ceremony that will be taking place on Monday, May 25h, in commemoration of the tk’emlups te secwepemc’s announcement of their GPR findings 5 years ago.
A ceremony will take place at 10:00 AM on May 25th at the Residential School Monument. Community members are welcome to attend and take part in this time of reflection and remembrance.
A Sacred Fire will be lit from sunrise to sunset. Community members are welcome to visit throughout the day to reflect, pray, and spend time in a good way.
